1. Introduction

Welcome to Rafters! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Rafters mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Definitions

• "Service" refers to the Rafters application and website operated by Rafters.
• "User" refers to the individual accessing or using the Service.
• "Content" refers to all information displayed on the Service, including text, images, audio, video, and interactive features.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. User Content

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material. You are responsible for the Content that you post on or through the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

By posting Content on or through the Service, you grant us the right to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content on and through the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Rafters and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

You agree not to use the Service:

• For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way.

• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Rafters, a Rafters employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
• To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service.

7. User-Generated Content and Moderation

Users may post comments, feedback, and other content on our Service. All user-generated content must comply with our content standards and community guidelines.

7.1 Content Standards

All user-generated content must be respectful, not contain hate speech, harassment, bullying, threats, spam, scams, or misleading information, and must not violate copyright or other intellectual property rights.

7.2 Reporting Violations

Users can report content that violates these standards by clicking the flag icon next to any comment. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team, typically within 48 hours.

7.3 Moderation Policy

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these standards, suspend or terminate accounts for repeated violations, and use automated filters to detect prohibited content.

7.4 Enforcement and Appeals

Violations may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination. If you believe content was removed in error, you may appeal by contacting us at info@raftershq.com.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Rafters, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
